Glass Beads- by Laura Sparling

Laura Sparling is from Southampton, UK and has been making beads since 2004, not a long time, but from an early age she has always been drawn to anything that shines, sparkles and glimmers.  As a child she was a collector of tiny objects such as bits of beach glass, shells and stones. Now she creates beads everyday using Morretti/Effetre glass.  She is one hundred percent self-taught, never taking a glass bead making class but only learning from books, websites and trial and error.
